We have offered these studies since our inception in 1993. We perform this work directly for industrial clients or through programs sponsored by utilities or public agencies.
Cascade is a recognized industry leader in collecting and analyzing data from key process and equipment variables, using state-of-the-art monitoring and logging equipment. This information reveals the true operation of the system and becomes the basis of our engineering models. We also work closely with plant personnel to gain insight about equipment and operations.
We have honed our engineering models over the years to provide accurate simulations of energy use. We model the system both “as it is” and with a series of upgrades to reflect “how it could be.” Accurate modeling requires the right tools and sound judgment. Our engineers strive to be accurate but conservative.
